New ideas for introductions

We all love new ideas for introductions. Here are three new questions to ask your learners to respond to as part of your introduction activity.

About clothing

• What article of clothing would you absolutely love to own – and to wear? Describe it as fully as you can for us – colour, texture etc.
• What stops you from owning it and wearing it?

About learning

We all say: “I’d love to learn how to ....”

• What is your wish?
• What would you really like to learn?
• Why is this so fascinating for you?

About advice

You’re on this workshop to learn about selling / marketing / customer service / call centre operations etc. But you are already an expert in these areas because you are a customer every time you make a purchase, respond to a marketing campaign phone a call centre etc.

What advice would you really like to give our company sales team / marketing department / customer service division / call centre? Use your experience and speak from your heart.
