Change Management

Many companies are currently in the process of either retrenching employees or are reorganising their businesses sot that they may survive going forward.

This usually requires change management practices to be implemented.

What normally happens is that this important task that needs to be implemented and communicated with staff, gets pushed onto the HR department and it becomes their "problem".

Change management leadership should happen from the top down and Hr should only be utilised as advisors to ensure that the communication and people processes are properly implemented.
